UCare health plans were designed with you in mind
UCare offers four plan options for individuals and families who buy their own insurance, and are available in 28 metro and northeast counties. UCare Individual and Family plans with Fairview have two plan options and are available in 10 greater metro counties.

Enter your household and income information when you enroll on the MNSure site to get your exact subsidy amount.
This plan is a good option for people who want the most protection when they need care and are willing to pay more monthly to get it.
- Higher premium
- Lower deductible and out-of-pocket limit; lower costs when you receive care after meeting your deductible
UCare Silver and UCare Fairview Silver
This plan is a good option for people who don’t anticipate needing a lot of care and want to balance their monthly premiums and cost-sharing.
- Medium premium
- Medium deductible and out-of-pocket limit; medium costs when you receive care after meeting your deductible
UCare Bronze and UCare Fairview Bronze
This plan is a good option for people who don’t anticipate needing much care and want to keep their monthly costs low.
- Lower premium
- Higher deductible and out-of-pocket limit; higher costs when you receive care after meeting your deductible
This is our catastrophic plan. It’s only available to people younger than 30 or people who qualify for a hardship exemption.

- High deductible that matches the out of pocket limit, low to no costs when you need care after meeting your deductible
